Gbemi (pronounced Bemy) Adeduro, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to heal and grow. She is passionate about supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, behavioral challenges, marital or family stress, and the impact of homelessness or substance use.

Gbemi utilizes play therapy and art therapy techniques to help children and teens express themselves in ways that go beyond words. These creative approaches allow her clients to process emotions, build resilience, and explore difficult experiences in ways that feel safe and empowering. She meets clients where they are, bringing openness, curiosity, and collaboration into each session.

As a first-generation American with Nigerian roots, Gbemi brings a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and connection. She enjoys building strong, authentic relationships with clients, encouraging them to reflect, grow, and take ownership of their goals. Her clients describe her as warm, respectful, and supportive—a therapist who walks alongside them in their healing journey.

Outside of work, Gbemi enjoys exploring fashion, reading novels, and sharing good food and laughter with friends.
