David Jean-Julien, LGPC

Therapist

David Jean-Julien is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's crossroads with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. He believes meaningful change begins with honesty, even when clients feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck. Whether someone is facing a major life transition, struggling with anxiety, questioning their direction, or carrying emotional burdens that have become too heavy to manage alone, David provides a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and move forward with intention.

David works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief, stress, and questions related to identity and purpose. He has extensive experience supporting individuals who may appear successful on the outside but internally struggle with uncertainty, pressure, or competing expectations from family, culture, school, or career.

His therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, allowing him to meet clients where they are while helping them identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and create practical steps toward change. David is skilled in building strong therapeutic relationships, facilitating motivational conversations, teaching emotional regulation and coping skills, supporting behavioral change, and helping clients develop greater self-awareness and resilience.

David has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, young adults exploring purpose and identity, clients experiencing anxiety and performance-related pressures, multicultural and first-generation individuals balancing multiple cultural expectations, adolescents and adults facing family or relationship challenges, and men seeking support for emotional wellness and personal growth.

His goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity about their values, and build the confidence needed to create a life aligned with who they truly want to become.
