COLLEGE PARK, MD (December 15, 2014) -- Ms. Paula Anderson, President and CEO of PACE Consulting, LLC, has graduated in November 2014 from a national business program, 10,000 Small Businesses, provided by Goldman Sachs. The Goldman Sachs Program brings together a diverse network of business owners and immerses them in training that provides an invaluable resource to maximize small business growth.
Paula Anderson, LCPC, LPC, NCC, a licensed professional counselor, licensed in both the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia, has been on a mission to make a difference in business and in the community. In October 2013, she was named among the list of MEA Magazine’s 25 Influential Women. She made a difference in the relationships of many couples as a guest speaker at this past February’s Renew and Revitalize: Breakthrough Marriage Conference. Then, in October 2014, Paula was recognized for her efforts and awarded the distinguished 2014 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award. This award pays tribute to outstanding women and minority business owners across the Mid-Atlantic region. Now, she expands her accolades as a graduate of the Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative Program.
As a graduate of this intensive 12 week program, Paula hopes to create opportunity by applying what she has learned to her comprehensive behavioral health care agency, PACE Consulting. In a recent press release, Ms. Anderson stated:
“I feel grateful and honored to have been part of a gifted class of 90 business owners in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses National Cohort. In the past several months, I have sharpened my business acumen greatly and plan to immediately implement what I’ve learned.”
